The Three Principles I follow for a fulfilling life

Living a fulfilling life can be a challenging task, but it doesn't have to be.

I personally follow these three things for success, happiness, and fulfillment.

In this article, we'll explore these three principles and how they can help you live the life you've always wanted.

Take care of your body

The first principle is to take care of your body.

This includes eating well, exercising regularly, and getting enough rest.

Sleep and getting proper rest should be everyone's first priority as you can always go through the day without eating well or exercising but without good sleep, everything just crumbles up.

may your eyelids never flutter into the empty
distance.

Next should be exercising which will help you cut down on your bad eating habits, you feel hungry, and at the end, you are tired so you sleep on time and that too more restfully.

While it's important to challenge yourself physically, it's equally important to listen to your body. Don't push yourself to the point of injury or burnout. Instead, find a balance between pushing yourself and giving your body the rest it needs.

Going to the gym increases your daily energy which is quite opposite to what most people think

Do the highlight of the day

The second principle is to do the highlight of the day.

This concept comes from the book "Make Time" and involves completing one important task each day.

This task should be the highlight of your day, the one thing that, if completed, will make you feel accomplished and productive.

To make this principle work for you, choose a task that you can complete in a reasonable amount of time, such as three or four hours. If the task is too big, break it down into smaller, more manageable steps.

Once you've chosen your task, make it your top priority for the day. If you can complete it early in the day, even better. This will give you a sense of accomplishment and momentum that can carry you through the rest of your day.

That is why most people like going to the gym in the morning as after that they have accomplished the hardest task of the day which gives the momentum for going through the day and accomplishing the rest mini tasks of the day

However, be prepared for obstacles to arise. As soon as you establish what the highlight of the day is and start working towards it, the universe may seem to put obstacles in your way.

But don't let these obstacles derail you. Stick to your plan and prioritize the highlight of the day above all else.

Doing 1 highlight every day might not seem much but it gives you 365 completed tasks every year, think about the scale of that

Find time to refresh

The third principle is to find time to refresh.

This involves taking breaks, spending time with loved ones, and doing things you enjoy. Life can be busy and stressful, but it's important to take time to recharge your batteries.

I personally keep my Sunday to myself and my loved ones where I don't have any plans, I wind down by watching a movie, eating good food and being a couch potato

Whether it's taking a day off work to spend time with family, going on a vacation, or simply taking a walk in nature, find activities that help you relax and recharge. By doing so, you'll come back to your next day with renewed energy and focus.

Not recharging yourself can lead to mental and physical burnout which can take much more than a day to recover from

Final thoughts

These three are my personal favorites, which I have chosen after a lot of hit and trial.

Take care of your body, do the highlight of the day, and find time to refresh.

With these principles in mind, you can overcome challenges, achieve your goals, and live the life you've always wanted.

Don't take my word for it
